Essential website technology

Google Analytics

If you consent, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, approximate location, device and browser information, how visitors reach the website and how they move through it. We use this to assess and improve the website. We do not enable Google advertising storage or personalisation.

Microsoft Clarity

If you consent, Microsoft Clarity provides aggregated usage information, heatmaps and privacy-masked session recordings. This helps us identify navigation or usability problems. Form fields are explicitly masked and Clarity also masks sensitive input content by default.

• _clck — remembers a pseudonymous Clarity visitor identifier and preferences.
• _clsk — connects page views into a single Clarity session.
• Microsoft may also use CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM on Microsoft domains for service operation and identifier synchronisation.
